As the founder and President of the firm, Steve has spent his four-decade legal career practicing in the Phoenix metro area, with large law firms, as in-house counsel and on his own. He is a native Arizonan.

 

For many years Steve has concentrated his practice in the areas of lobbying, government relations, and strategic business advisory services. Over his distinguished career, he has also done a great amount of transactional legal work and practiced administrative and regulatory law. He serves as the registered lobbyist for leading national and local institutions and trade associations, advocating and interacting frequently on their behalf at the Arizona Legislature and with the Executive Branch, as well as with federal and local governmental agencies, boards, and commissions.

 

Steve has excelled at business development work for his clients, having a knack for clearing the best pathway for market expansions, site selections, acquisitions, and product development. He thinks creatively to help his clients overcome regulatory obstacles and find expeditious solutions, rather than allowing them remain bogged down in bureaucratic red tape. As global commerce and trade have blossomed for Arizona in recent years, Steve has responded positively to an increasing demand for assistance in international business matters. He now offers international strategic advisory services and global problem solving.
